Hi everyone, Hubcap here... a noobi to the forum and the world of Volkswagons.
I've never been a Kombi owner but have always been a long time lover of the splitty, recently I decided it was time to try and get myself a project, so I travelled from Perth to Adelaide for the Kearns auction hoping to pick something up... that final price on the 58 Semaphore was totally nuts!
Anyhow here I am, eager to learn, hopefully find a good project and make some friends. Not sure if a new topic is where I'm supposed to introduce myself but I'm new to this in general so I hope I get it right.

I did my own topic when I joined up. Keep an eye out on here in the "for sale" section, probably get a better buy than at an auction like that.
Kombi's turn up when you least expect it, so just be ready to buy when they do.
