I also suggest that those of us who had our buses stripped speak to southport police about the possibility of theft charges.

Iwas also told that the business had not actually gone into receivership, in that case he should be able to be charged with theft and fraud. Like I said, the more people make a noise, the more likely that the police will become invloved.

Good luck with this ... as someone who's been through this with some mutha-fucka who appointed an administrator (claiming he had no idea, no money blah) ... and then carried on doing the same kind of business, from the office next door - the only thing that changed - the names of the directors and business name.

Well if it ain't under administration then its obviously trading insolvently. There is no gray area in that. Send all demands to the registered business address. Apply for a wind up order. That way you are far more in control of what happens next. If they are traing insolvently and you wind them up then it is way harder to hide behind the pty ltd shield. You might then get a pay up order on the directors which will mean a long wait, but more chance of seeing
Money back in the long term.Just call ASIC and let them do what they do.

Does anyone actually know the comnpany name. ASIC only shows a registered business name of "Komnis in Paradise". What is the actual Pty Ltd entity called ? A search on that will show what is going on.
