just to say hi been visiting this site for a couple of years now allways impressed by the quality and dedication .not new to splitt buses have previously owned a 64 decked out as a camper but unfortunitaly i had a misshap and rolled her over will post some photos as soon as possible, also had a 59 model that i was going to restore but lost interest and gave it away this was about twenty years ago if only times were different. have had various baywindow models over the years as well. keep up the good work as were seeing less and less splitts on the roads.

there we go finally worked it out. as i said sad site the old splitt i still get tears every time i see it.
sold it to a mate back then who stripped it and put all the interior into his old bus.the bays dont belong here but they are vw's this is only 3 that i have owned over the years , you can just see the 72 lowlight that replaced the splitt in the side photo ill try and post some of my other bays if the ex has not tossed them
