I am the proud owner of a recently acquired 78 Kombi. Just joined up so I can meet other VW enthusiasts and get some tips & hints on fixing it up. I've started on the roof, grinding back some rust. Here's some pics. Being a novice, I'm open to any suggestions on whether I'm doing it wrong, easier/better way to do it etc.
