Hi everyone, had the very fortunate opportunity to meet some of this group at Barn 1890 last weekend
It was truly awesome that you were all so supportive and welcoming
Thanks for all your help and advice on my resto of my 55 and the parts!!

This was my starting point 6 months ago. Probably got around 250-300 hrs into it already

Bus looks like a big project but under control.
Always good to see another 55 being saved, whats the plan?
Looks like you have similar rust issues as mine
it’s got nuffin to do wiv yer “vor sprung Durch technic” ya know!

Good to see some pics Mike, looks like your welder will be warm for a while! Is that your shed? Looks massive, I’ve got shed envy. Glad you made it onto DSK, we will let you know when the next catch up is on.

Yes lots of work to go and lots already done.
Btw- not my shed!! This is where it was picked up from and the state it was in when I first had my beer goggles on! Knew what I had ahead and happy with where I’m at 6 months in and not sure how much left!!
