Great to see your work in such detail Kuch.
I'm thinking of having a go at rust repairs on my own bus and seeing your pics are a helpful teaching aid.
I know you need the skills as well but I have a mate who's a metal finisher so he will be helpful as well.

Hehe, its a secret, and hes a panelbeater who doesnt like to give away secrets. :lol:

Its a one piece metal folded and shaped all by hand and hand tools, no machinery required.

Gaz - By all means try it yourself, but its not easy. Thin metal is hard to work with and not as easy as it looks when a pro does it.

kuch... how did the autocraft floor section fit? was it ok?

Yeah its great, will need to replace a little bit more so would've been better an inch wider.
