thanks gents for the replies,makes it abit more inspiring to get out into that bloody cold shed a keep going,it has been a long winter out there! i think running that old kero heater is gonna cost me more than the panels ive replaced

Spring's here and the shed will be at least 2 degrees warmer.... :)

hey nick ,i made it, was alittle tricky making the ridge bit whatever you call it ,got the rollers and went off the orignal came out ok ,pop over for a beer when ur round my area

found some old lead repairs i had to get rid of but who ever did them did a bloody good job,i didnt see them till the grinding sparks stopped which gave them away

ground back came out ok, looked a little closer and found abit more rust

time to take the front panels off , inner valance wasnt the best!!!!! the whole front was rooted

i tried sticky tape but it doesnt work!!!

needed to do some repairs on the drivers side ,had a tap years ago, it hadnt put too much out of place but needed to be repaired but i did notice that the top hinge has been movedslightly inwards so that needs to be fixed as well, bitch of a job that will be but ill do it before the front skin goes on so ive got some acess to the back of the hindge mount or something like that anyway

welded in and ground ,i braced the sides of the piller while the panel was welded in and there was no movement that i could see ,ill find out when the new skin goes on

I can't wait to see how you do the lower and inner valance as I have to do mine too.

Nice work making that skin I bet you had heaps of fun getting that belt line ridge profile I'de be shitting it putting in the second crease.

Nice of them to fix the inner rail with lead, carn't beat a bit of semi structural lead hey!

I'll def'ty be over soon for a beer and gander. :D

the obvious panels were replaced, front skin was a prick to fit but got it eventually (not fitted here though)

replaced the whole bulkhead , had fun getting the old one out, tons of spot welds to drill out

give it a good wire brush, just some surface rust , cleaned up pretty good
