good one that por15 will hold it together it turns rust into steel again better than new
sandblast clean it up then worry about it might not be as bad as it looks under there...................... or you might be taking it home in a box lol

so your really looking at a new floor then ... wow that's new. I'd fix the floor, replace the mechanics, as it's gotta come out anyway. Treat the outside and leave it as it is. Maybe just clear it...looks great as it is.
