I've always loved the look of the twin tail light models and yes I agree they look great with the small back window. The only way you can tell it is a 62 is by the 3/4 seat in the front, oh and the chassis no. of course.joshroom wrote:Good job mate, I think small back window busses don't look right with the large "tombstone" taillights. I have thought about changing my taillights on my 62 aswell.

Thought I better get a move on with this panel, now "baycruzer" and "resol" both qld members have got their splits regoed, so my next aim is to get it on the road by "dubs by the pub" in Feb.
Did some work on the interior, new front seats all done also rear all painted and a checkerplate rubber from Bunnings glued on the roof. I cut up some black MDF for the panels which give it a real commercial feel.

Got stuck into doing some "Dynamatting". The engine hump was done as well as the front doors. I fabricated a partition out of 6mm MDF and had my glazier neighbour cut a piece of glass for it. I have it just supported by a timber frame at the moment but a permanent rubber seal will come once I visit Clark rubber to see what they have got. I drove the panel around the block a couple of times and the noise reduction was huge. i don't know if it was from the partition or the dynamat but was very happy with the result.
