Y'know, I often feel I've grown bored of Dove Blue but when I see that it reminds me why it's so iconic and awesome. Amazing work. 8)

I now have the doors,engine lid,rear valance and fuel flap on the go, Had them re sandblasted during the week to get the grey etch primer and surface rust off them.
Today i deoxidine the parts and put two coats of Epoxy highbuild down.
I found SW stamped on the fuel flap and wondered what that meant and 5/63 on the bottom hinge of drivers door.

Amazing little details on parts! Sw was probably the company making the flap or hinge or the fella pressing them had the hots for Samantha Wentworth....

Sorry for the delay on the update, all finished now and sold it. Really happy with the way it ended up coming out and it was fun to drive.

Thanks guys, the single cab stayed on the Sunshine Coast which is great as i get to see it time to time. I ended up restoring my 76 bay after the single cab which was a quick one compared to the single cab. So just working on the house for now and loads of time on the mountain bike.
