Seat mounts welded in, accel pedal mount welded in, door tops and front badge sandblasted and primed

Rear bumper stripped. Cut out the main mounting brackets and repaired a couple of threads. Sandblasted before welding them back in. Test fitting with splash pans

Door tops, vent windows and pop out frames painted in 2k Pearl white. Really happy with the finish on these. Vent windows fitted with NOS latches

I guess the bus is going back to the original colour Pearl white. Also are you painting the whole bus in 2k ?

Pearl white top half Ian and the body will be acrylic but like the finish of the 2k for door tops etc

Pop out glasses installed today under the aircon. Too hot in the shed today. Clamps helped line up the screws and went together very nicely. Just the outer seal to finish but I’ll do them at a later date.
