mum has organised for it to be in a wedding on the weekend so i thought i better make it look a bit better and sound a bit quieter. so i put in some dynamat, gave it a fresh coat of paint and some deluxe trim over easter. dropped it of at the trimmers tuesday picked it up Wednesday really happy with it but will need to go back once he finds some aluminium trim. now its sounding a lot quieter and looking much better.still need to finish the deluxe trim on the nose and put in the middle seat

Thanks Gareth The 58's are just waiting patiently on the basketball court until theres room in the shed for them. Have done a little to the bus since last update. finally got around to wiring up the radio, cleaned up the engine bay and repaired the last bit of rust around the battery tray. i have also been building a 4 inch ajustable beam with dropped spindles that should be ready after the summer is over.

straight axel in the rear, picked up a wide 5 type 3 gearbox from the wreckers last monday and have just brought a lowering kit on ebay that has the adapters for the spring plates. Also have new disc brakes from wagenswest for the front beam. plan is to drive it around in the summer then lower it hopfully in time for my p's and to drive to valla.

been a bit of a slow process but it is now almost to go back on the road again. i built a 4" narrowed beam with adjusters but thought a bit too narrow so then built a 2" without adjusters and flipped spindles. then moved to the rear for the straight axle conversion. with disc brakes all-round now. now waiting on on shocks and master cylinder reservoir to arrive. Once their here she should be ready just in time for for me to get my p's. its come along way since i first got it and can't wait to drive it again.
