I've been dying to sink my teeth into this
Most of the bolts and screws came out after some good heating, only one door hinge screw required welding a nut to it for removal
All the bolt on doors are now removed
here's some more pics
Next week I will getting busy with my new portapower kit

Awesome vid George! Do you think you will have to cut the side section out and beat straight and then re-attach? Or, will the porta power be good enough to do the job? Very interesting build mate

I'm planning on unpicking most of the bus in reverse to the way it was assembled in the factory
I'll be dismembering it in chunks back down to floor and chassis level then get the "pan" built and slowly repair and re-attach each piece with some small surprises
I'm looking to repair and reuse as much of the og metal as possible and build in as much of the present character
I'm planning for another big night on this next Wednesday
