It's been a while but I've been able to get some work done.
Finally got the headlight buckets finished.

Did some work on the cargo doors. I'm not rushing ahead and completing them completely as I want to get to a point with a number of parts where I can treat the inside of the frames all at once. Probably using KBS, to try and minimise the rust returning.

Started to work on the passenger side cargo door. Rusted out at the bottom. Needed to fabricate the inner hinge strengthener as it was completely rusted through.
The drivers side door is a little worse and I may need to find a donor.

I have no access to a bead roller, so I welded in a length of 6mm round bar to stiffen the part

Happy new year DSK'ers
Been slowly plodding along. Mainly trying to find bits I need and repair things I'm able to. Basically rebuilt the rear valance now working on door tops. Pretty rusted but gonna have a go at repairing. Quarter windows are rusted, and the threaded pins on the bottom are rusted away. Can anyone provide a photo of the bottom thread of the quarters with some measurements, from different angles would be good and possibly thread size.
Also does my one know if the profile of a ute tray panel is the same profile as the horizontal firewall of a Kombi, mine is missing and replacement seems to be hard to come by.
I'll post some photo updates when I get a chance
