My thoughts exactly. Turns out he isnt doing the rwc but that was his opinion.a 3rd party is doing the rwc . He said any panel with visible rust was a fail. I dug up a form from the rta which states surface rust on secondary panels I.e. non structual is ok. But I hope I dont get pulled over every km to explain this.

I've only ever been pulled up for driving without a windscreen, cop didn't understand the safaris... And once because my number plates were a bit ratty
