64 partts replaced

this is our 64 found out back in dry country
so much for dry country


i've replaced A piler
LH dogleg
LH door
LH B piler
short sill
cargo door sill
inner sill
battery tray
long sill
long inner sill

front of roof
front gutter
front roof corners
inner gutter both sides
inner top hat roof support both sides
inner gutter rear corner
rear of roof
rear gutter
hinge support for back door

im sure there is more but i forget there has been so much

last weekend past i cleaned all terminals to the wire lume
new battery , globed it , 6vlt
cleaned the fuel system
new fuel pump and filters
new master cylinder
and drove it round the block

all of a sudden with out any noise
it wont select third or forth gear
but i have reverse 1st & 2nd
what up?????????????

Check your shifter base is tight and check the shift rod coupler points first.

roof skins are on
i thought the corners would never come around
so much for the CC panels looks the part but they absolutely dont fit
you got to work them corners

just a few new shots
drove it out the front today and round the block with all four gears

just a few more hours to go on the metal work maybe 100hrs
i reckon now
so unhappy

realised i should of left the paint
so can anyone suggest
all id like to put bac the outside

the inside and under body id have clean from tyres to trim and as is stock

my wife he is so happy

Finally the brakes are done
Welding is finished
Sitting in a hoist now
But the alternator light stays on
I figure it is the brushes

Simple fix I hope
First trip
South coast look out.
