After a stack of work, it is now finished.

Everything is new except the paint.

SNAP.

here is a pic of my bros. just starting work on it again this week. has been sitting for a couple of years in the rain!!! :) some people go nuts when a split is left in the elements, but it just makes a rat better ;)
-how good is moss growing on a split!! i think its as good as rust.

Is 'el concreto' ( in the first two photos ) the same vehicle as the one in the photo taken at the Glenelg show two years ago? That bus needed some work if I remember correctly?

Hehe, I remember the NOxS bottle, classic!

Nice work anyway, saved another Splitta!

was just wondering someone has told me radars wont fit up to splitty i have a Type 3 box in the back (straight axle) im pretty sure the wheels will got on that. on the front i am running a 2 inch narrowed ball joint beam that has wheel adaptors to go from the small five discs to the wide five discs. was just wondering what beam and stuff your running and exactly what the wheels are, Classic vee dub have radars on special for 650$ want to get a set but gottta make sure they fit

sorry no dog legs, the old man sold them to a ve member a while ago.

always zipping in the ghia, not sure why but it always makes me drive fast :) Should have my split on the road by the 9th of next month. my ghia runs out of rego, so want to put the porsche 356 wheels and 1835 in the kombi and get back behinfd the wheel of a 9 seater.

the old mans kombi is coming along slow, had the ve club kombi for 12 months!! took alot of space, now im racing to finish my bus. He has painted a few little bits and pieces of his with top coat, we masked up the body last weekend so he can start painting the interior when i give him space in the shed that is. will be a trailer queen to ve fest, probly not painted but will be there in some form.
ps heres my karmann
