Looks brilliant Brad.

Also it’s just an observation but You’re missing the twelve gauge shot gun from the tool kit.

Getting a bit of time in the shed again lately with more wet weather
Now had 90 mm for the last 4 days with a 40 mm shower this evening
That’s the front drive

Shed got wet in the storm, nothing a bit of broom wouldn’t fix
Got the painting finished on the repair sections and made a start on the patina
At this stage it still looks like a yr 8 school art project

Starting to take shape now
Happy with how this section is progressing
Lower short rocker still not completely happy with how it’s going, but I’ll get there

Now to start on the dogleg
Need some more garnet for the little sandblaster I’ve got
Fine sand just not getting the job done on the blasting ( on the gravel rash look )

Brad, this is going to be an amazing bus.
Once you have scuffed up the new paint a bit you could try applying some anchor wax. I noticed in areas that I had to paint on the oval the anchor wax yellowed it a bit.

After trying a few different things I’ve decided to let a local smash repair guy have a go at trying tint the paint to get a closer match to the og mango green
Was able to work with it on passenger side with doors and b pillar's and gaps between the og paint and new paint but the long side is just to big of area to cover if it’s not a bit closer on the match
