Haven’t seen an update for a few days Brad, has the project stalled?

Champ here, updating this for Brad, as he's busy growing the nation's food. And before Matt or Beatts start on queue jumping/favourites blah blah , the Mango was always scheduled for a little stop over with me on it's way home from Cooper's. That would have been over 12 months ago were it not for border closures and travel restrictions.

Anyhow, it has been straight axle 101 including a full test fit of the gearbox and setting up rear suspension. If you don't like seeing things cut up, please look away now.

Kafer cup bar. We are planning on around 180 ft/lbs of torque in this bus and the stock frame forks are quite weak.

Intermediate gearbox mount. Wanted something that doesn't hang down as far as the usual Butty's bits or similar. Uses T4 transmission mounts.

Thanks for feeding the rest of the nation Brad. Sure most blokes would prefer to have lamb on the table (vegetarians, vegans, and other denominations excluded) and in return turn a blind eye to any perceived queue jumping.

On a more serious note, there were some good OG surface rust pieces in that swept up pile of off cuts which I hope are being saved.

Nice work Champ. I’m not sure what’s worse, Brad queue jumping or Brad going full check-book resto on this thing

Any more pics of that rear shock mount? I’ll need to do something similar, I have the CE bolt on version but that looks super clean. This things going to be a weapon.
