Looks awesome wiz, tell me more about this moving of the accelerator pedal.

Re: 60 Micro Bus
Matt, its more about not lifting your foot all the time from brake to accel, and because its my bus I shorten the brake pedal, will do that after the brakes are adjusted and working, so now I just have to swivel my foot on my heal to go from brake to accel, us old blokes have a hard time bending our foot back too so I cut the stop off the accel pedal and lower that too, just doing it for my benefit, might not be everbodys cup of tea.

Re: 60 Micro Bus
I like the idea of lowering the accelerator pedal, I used to get wicked ankle cramp doing the annual reVOLKS run in the SC.

I hope all you South Austalians got some work done on your Splitty's today, I trimmed and trial fitted some tinware to the engine, its a 1955 built by Andrew Champness from Bordertown, waterboxer 76mm crank and 90.5 pistons, Panchito heads and 40mm Webbers

Re: 60 Micro Bus
Are you painting your tinware some fancy colour or getting it powder coated?

Re: 60 Micro Bus
Beatts, I might get it vinyl wrapped in camo, wonder if the heat would effect it? So I cut the front off the 1600dp tin
then I cut the back off the 40hp tinware trimmed them up a bit and its now 40hp look with the dog house cooler Thanks to Andrew for guiding me thru this, he has done a bunch of these and also has done them with a hidden heater outlet, very trick!
