They have to be heavy duty for when you mow down the dirty Mexicans crossing the border with their rona.

Drivers side A pillar was damaged so I replaced up to the top hinge, and S/hand front piece I had for the repair , ( now Matt would call it an OG replacement panel but its just a s/hand piece in my book ) I have a new cargo floor for it and a used separation panel, also got the drivers door fitted, its close to the colour if you squint .

And the tray is a splitty front and a bay rear, the bay rear is longer, the idea is to make it one length, so the ribs go front to back, and I will run the timber slats.

Not a real engine, mockup for Bay Window style engine mount, and Tinware around engine, I lifted the engine and gearbox up 15mm so I can use a beetle shifter housing, engine looks crooked but its just the tinware, a bit more test fitting of panels then its off to the sandblaster to do the frame and underneath

Looks amazing Wiz.
So you can build more than one at a time, have you worked out how to drive more than one at a time??

I put a 944 rear torsion housing in it and raised it 30 mm , the splitty frame horns wouldn’t work with it as I also wanted to lift the engine and gearbox up as well
