I have hit a real stopper on the electrics of the DD, due to me putting the 2006 subaru motor it has a drive by wire? and other ABS problems for the computer on change over causing error signals etc.

I hate electrics so I have no idea.

I have been a bit lazy on that part and I need to start looking into it Gfresh has said he will help out if I provide the info. I will have to get onto that!!!

Thanks for the comments.

Frog, always welcome to pop over, I'm still in the same area.

Finished the floor off inside the cargo area today. Will be organising getting the seats reupholstered soon.
The seat bolts now aren't long enough due to the thickness of the boards so have to sort that...

She is looking awesome Pig of Zeus!!!

Is that bamboo flooring you've used on the cargo floor? Looks good.

Hey ZP, did you get the seats and trim done on the Sunny Coast? If so where? Looks good, Would be keen to find out. Same goes for the powder coating and painting of the frames. Appreciate any local contacts.

Thanks for all the comments.

Yes I found a fella in Nambour who did my rear seats, couldn't recommend him enough I will PM you his details.

He sorted out the powder coating as well so he will be able to fill you in. Wasn't that expensive either.

I was hoping I would never have to do this but it all comes down to poor prep from the last panel beater/spray painter . Seriously the guy needs rooting with an axe. Not happy.

She looked good for years and then as time went on a few tell tale signs started popping up.

So she is in getting work done.. Nothing like having two restos going at once. I need a second job.
