Hi all,
I have had the split off the road for the last year or so, but have been missing her too much so its time to get her back on the road.
I have just finished building her a new motor just a mild 1776 with twin cads n compufire ignition.
There will also be a few changes like ride height, wheels and i think i will give her a quick squirt of satin grey and black.
Hopefully she will be on the road next month.
Anyway here is a quick tease...

Go for the chrome BRMs and narrowed beam...sweet..
At this height though, the box has got to be sitting on the ground or almost.
Cheers Tony

Thanks for the offer Doc and hope to catch up with you when I give Tom a lift to Robs to collect his bus in the near future. No drama with the "palming off" scenario because I thought I may have left without saying a proper farewell to all on the day anyway  .Was more focused on being a good wing-man for Johnny on the drive home...
On the subject of a raised box;I happened to mention this within ear-shot of my cheese and kisses and she asked if this was some kind of secret code, for her to wear high heels...!!
On a more testical note Bob,Doc is the man with the latest experience on this modification.

Started on the rust today,
managed to patch the d/s dog leg, but the p/s needed replacing.
It didn't turn out too bad, but i only used half the replacment dog leg and kept the good side, thought i would have a beter chance of getting it to fit as i know they can be a pain.

Alan, please report to head office, you seem to be working on a bay window - and are thinking seriously about giving it a twee name.

Mate, that's a sweet bus.
I look forward to seeing it in it's new incarnation.
