Love it!

Most tourists take photos of themselves smiling and posing at landmarks.....not splitty owners :)

Duke left Sydney and headed to Melbourne for Moto GP then headed to Adelaide for a little rest before heading off on the big journey. From Adelaide he boarded the Indian Pacific and hitched a ride to Perth for Red Bull Air Race. From Perth Duke's adventure started up the West coast. First stop Kalbarri, followed by Monkey Mia and onto Exmouth. Here he found a great little hide away in Ningaloo National Park for a few days. Fishing and sun suited him well. Time restrictions pushed him on and he soon headed up to Port Sampson via Karatha and Port Headland. 80 Mile Beach proved a great little place to stop on the way to Broome - definitely one to reccommend to break up a long trip. A night in Broome turned into a few more before pushing on to Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek and ending up in Kununarra for a flight over the Bungle Bungles (us obviously not Duke). Then across the NT border - Timber Creek, Victoria River and onto Katherine Gorge where Duke handled his first bit of rain like a champion. The journey then begun to head south - Mataranka Springs, Daly Waters, Tennant Creek and ultimately onto Alice and then Ayers Rock and Kings Canyon. Then backtracked via Tennant to the Three Ways to start heading East - Barkley Roadhouse, Mt Isa, Charters Towers, Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island, Yuppoon, Noosa and now the Gold Coast. 12000 km in total. Some days 42 degrees. 2 oil changes. Brand new Mexican Engine. Did a great job.

Did anyone see the article in the Alice Springs Cronicle about how someone stole a few of the Devils Marbles last week? It said that they were last seen heading west in an old ute. Sounds all too suspicious to me  . Seriously though, great pics.
