Yep, I'd be smiling like the Chesire Cat too, if I owned a sweet mango '61........ :D 8)

Scotch pad , rubbing compound, 1200 and a lot of elbow grease :wink:

So my so called 2165 turned out to be a pile of junk. Got 5kms out of it and it shit itself.

Ended up with hole in the piston. Took it apart under the watchful eye of Mr Berry and it's now on the shed floor in boxes. Rebuild with all new internals is on the cards when I save the $$$ hopefully get to do some of the rebuild with Matt supervising.

Also be looking at a height adjustment and sprintstars when funds are available, love this other mango

Sorry to hear about the motor and love the bus, very nice.

Hey as an aside when Di they swap from the twin rear lights to the single one that ran till late 60's? My 61 has the later lights but unsure if someone has chopped it up and swapped over, sorry don't mean to hijack thread

I believe the twin tail lights was 60/61 only in Aus and Italy.
