Well im out there cutting up shit and putting in new bits and thought this must be like when Evel Kinevil says to his painter that he would like a new paint job on his bike, how good do you make it coz you know its going to come back fucked. I’ve always wanted to buy a shitter in the states, head over and weld it up, cobble together a cheap engine and do the shasta snow trip....one day. Ian maybe you me and Colin can do it. Get the whole thing sponsored by kombi cruise??
I second this, maybe I can tag along when you do it

Mate's trying to get us to go sailing with him in the Whitsundays late September early October so will have to play it by ear. (Might be just the break I need though after the hard work of sipping cocktails and swanning around island hopping up there. Don't really know why he wants me to come along as I know sfa about boats!)

Jesus that cross member was toast! Did they put belly pans on campers or was this a sunroof bus pre fitout?

Maybe it was ordered with a sunroof, its definitely a deluxe bus converted to a camper, and I recon they are the genuine belly pans to the bus because of the paint colour inside, anyway had to trim the rot off of them and I folded them inside the chassis rail and inside the outrigger, only way to save them, but they are OG, that's good right?

How can it be a deluxe? It’s an 11 window. Or does it look like the rear window sections have been replaced? I was thinking maybe a sunroof bus which would explain the belly pans. What are the features that make you think it’s a deluxe? Crazy to think years ago someone was turning a deluxe into a camper and these days everyone wants to do the reverse
