Thanks Brad, yeah always good to put a face to the name and chat with like minded folk. An added bonus was the wives entertained themselves which always helps.

Given the utes been finished for about 6months now here’s the current ‘look’. I’ve since put taller tyres on the back and that’s made all the difference for tailpipe clearance, stance and better top end speed for less revs

That looks super clean and is amazing. What tyres are you running now on the rear?

Thanks stevo. Currently Rear tyres are 195/70 15”, front are 165/65 15”. The rear tyres in the pictures are 195/60 15” and were some I already had so threw them on, however the arse was sitting a little low compared to the front. Could actually get away with some 195/65 15” and they would probably give me a level stance but slightly lower top speed..

Thanks Warb. Although most of the credit goes to Cooper for the metal work, Wiz for a great deal of mechanical assistance and Shane at Cartek for the final once over.

Cheers Matt.
Pearl white was what Martin, Cooper and I could match based on the original colour. Either way yeah it definitely looks right.

Straight axle conversion at the rear with flipped spindles on the front. Simple and effective, also easy when you have the Wizard showing you the way.

Thanks Brad.
Yeah can do, it’s come along way and hopefully it will at the very least provide some after work viewing for the rest of you. Just remember if you ask me a technical question I’ll take a couple of days to respond while I chase down the answer from Cooper or the Wiz.
