The Hay plain is never fun in a VW. You solo in the SC mate? At least it’s not hot, last time I did the Hay plain in a VW it was 35+. Two grown men in nothing but shorts pouring water over themselves for several hot hours…… sounds like one of those movies all the Victorian guys are into.
Chasing any Neiman steering lock parts, will consider anything.

Roof rack in the back mate, it makes a shocking vibration noise at 110 klm s, I guess cool sometimes has it’s disadvantages
